CBSE has just released the JEE Main Syllabus which comprises two papers, Paper I for B.E/B.Tech and Paper II for B.Arch. Paper I which covers 3 subjects, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a cumulative syllabi of all the state boards in India and the CBSE. Paper II covers three subjects, Mathematics, Aptitude and Drawing. The first step towards the JEE preparation is to understand the syllabus for each subject and to delineate the important topics in each subject.
Paper I consists of 90 objective type questions, with 30 questions from each subject (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and per question carrying 4 marks. It is important for the student to understand the breakup of the syllabus to effectively utilize his/her time for JEE Main preparation. JEE Main 2018 Syllabus: Physics
